Founded over 30 years ago by Efrain Quezada and Fernando Morales, El Vaquero began with a vision to bring authentic "on the range" Mexican cooking to Ohio. Starting with our first restaurant on Riverside Drive in Upper Arlington, we’ve since grown to over 20 locations, including spots in Greater Cincinnati, Toledo, and Michigan.
